Place is good for big groups. However it is a duplex so you will not all be in the same house. Check in is not until 5pm which is later then any place I ever stayed. I messages host about this multiple times offering to pay an early check in fee over a month in advance. They didn’t get back to me until the week of. Upon arrival, the house wasn’t done being cleaned and by the time we left for dinner at 6:30 it still wasn’t done.
This house is 3 floors so the top floors in both houses and one of the rooms on the second floor had little to none of the A/C working in the house. Making it miserable to sleep in and get ready. Overall this house has the bare minimum to stay however I wouldn’t book again.
Joel was a great host from start to finish. Really thorough communication of expectations and check in/check out. House was as advertised and super clean! Really liked the modern feel of it. Perfect for bigger groups as there is ample space and multiple bathrooms. The free parking on the street was a great perk as well. We would definitely stay again!
The walls had a lot of marks, scratches and damage. Joel mentioned this would be getting fixed but as of my families stay, it looked like a rental property. The ping pong table was not level at all and though we tried to adjust it, couldn’t get it right so wrote it off as a lost amenity. The cleanliness was ok, aesthetically speaking the places is nice and had good decor, but seems surface level clean. Overall a ok value but not a nearly 5 star review and super host quality place in my opinion.

This was a beautiful and perfect airbnb for our group of ladies. It was in the perfect location and easy to get to short north as well as campus. The house was spacious and had plenty of room. There were air mattresses and plenty of sheets and pillows. The space was super clean and all the guest staying commented on how nice and beautiful this space was! We had so much fun and would def come back!

I had the pleasure to utilize my mothers cleaning service to get my couch and area rug cleaned. If you need any cleaning services she is always available and provides professional services to accommodate to anyone’s needs!

I have had Shawna Palmer clean my house after she was recommended to me by a friend. She does a very thorough job, in always on time and is friendly to boot!!! My elderly father in law trusts her. He has alway been apprehensive of having people in the house but he is very comfortable with her and always comments on the great job she does and what a hard worker she is. I personnally leave a note explaining what I want to have done each time she comes and she completes each task. On our initial consultation, she was very professional. Showing me her license, bonding and a couple of refererences. I have Shawna come about every 3 weeks. There was even one time where I really needed her at a different time and she rearranged her schedule to fit me in. If you are looking for someone to clean your house or business she is the one to call.
Furniture was very clean when they left. Nice job!
I needed my work done that day, and P&P came to my rescue after another company bailed on me at the last second,literally! They came quickly, were courtious and stayed until the job was complete without charging me extra.
